Mr. McLeod is presently the President, CEO & Director of Creston Moly Corp., President, CEO & Director of Troon Ventures Ltd., Director of New Dimension Resources Ltd. and a Director of Capstone Mining Corp. Mr. McLeod sits as an independent board member of Full Metal Minerals Ltd., and Reunion Gold Corp. and was a founder and Executive Chairman of Sherwood Copper Corp., which recently completed a business combination with Capstone Mining Corp. and a founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. His professional associations include: Member of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local and National Advisory Boards; President and Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association; membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. and the Yukon.
