International and domestic mineral exploration expertise gives International Northair Mines ("Northair") its competitive edge. Northair is assessing opportunities in geologically prospective areas of the Americas, and currently has an aggressive generative mineral exploration program underway in western Mexico. Since 1996, the generative program has been highly successful in acquiring and joint venturing fourteen quality projects including six to major companies such as Fresñillo, Teck Corporation and Meridian (Yamana Gold).

Generative Programs - Mexico/Americas

La Cigarra Project: Chihuahua, Mexico

La Cigarra is located in southern Chihuahua and was identified as an acquisition target by exploration staff late in 2008, as part of the Company's generative exploration program. Reconnaissance and initial sampling results completed by Northair confirm numerous silver occurrences currently traced over a 3 kilometre trend of mineralization. The Company, through an ongoing technical review has defined three potentially significant zones of silver mineralization within the property and believes that all three zones have the potential to contain both high grade vein as well as bulk tonnage surface minable silver deposits. Although there are dozens of small to medium sized old historic workings within the project area, there is no evidence of any modern exploration. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Grupo Northair de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. can acquire a 100% interest in the optioned concessions by paying US$450,000 over a five year period.

El Reventon Project - Durango, Mexico

El Reventon is located in the municipality of Otaez, Durango, approximately 170 kilometres northwest of the capital city of Durango. The land package consists of a land position of over 6,000 hectares through staking and the option to acquire a 60 hectare concession, which Northair can acquire a 100% interest in by paying US$150,000 over a four year period. Initial sampling reported very encouraging silver-lead-zinc mineralization from the Reventon Breccia occurrence. Further exploration of the area revealed the presence of a number of high grade silver-lead-zinc vein systems as well as potential for other bulk tonnage deposits. The Company has completed two successful drill programs which targeted the Reventon Breccia and the Los Alisos Zone. Future work programs should concentrate on the expansion of the Reventon Breccia by drilling. The Company is presently soliciting a joint venture partner.

Sierra Rosario Project - Sinaloa, Mexico

The Sierra Rosario silver/gold project is located in the state of Sinaloa, approximately 25 linear kilometers northwest of Choix, Sinaloa; and 40 kilometers east of Alamos, Sonora. Northair staked the concessions in 2002 and, in 2004 signed an agreement to joint venture the project with Sparton Resources Inc. In 2008, Sparton earned a 51% interest in the project by completing cash payments of $130,000, and issuing 275,000 common shares to Northair while incurring $800,000 in exploration expenditures over a four year period. To date, Sparton has completed an extensive geological, geochemical and geophysical work and minor drilling which identified several excellent high grade silver-gold and base metal targets for further drill testing. The Sierra Rosario Project is comprised of at least six significant zones of precious metal mineralization, including the San Rafael gold-silver zone, which currently represents the highest priority mineralized features located on the concessions.

La India Project - Durango, Mexico

The La India Project is located in the Sierra San Francisco, approximately 30 kilometres east of the small city of Santiago Papasquiaro, and approximately 140 kilometres north of the capital city of Durango. The property, identified as an attractive acquisition target by exploration staff in June 2006, has excellent access and infrastructure and consists of 1800 hectares through staking and an option to purchase a 300 hectare concession. In 2008, Northair signed an agreement with Fresnillo to form a joint venture on the La India Project. Fresnillo has recently returned the property to Northair after completing a drill program.

El Tesoro Project - Durango, Mexico

The El Tesoro Property is located in the state of Durango, Mexico, approximately 65 linear kilometers south of El Salto, Durango; and 55 kilometers northeast of Rosario, Sinaloa. Due to significant payouts due on four optioned concessions, the Company's land position has been reduced to its wholly owned concessions. The G Zone, which has returned values from surface trenching of 18.86 g/t gold and 13.09 g/t silver, is particularly attractive. The exploration potential for discovering additional zones of mineralization is excellent. Northair has an agreement with Compania Minera San Valentin, S.A. de C.V. (San Valentin), which allows San Valentin to lease Northair's El Tesoro concessions. San Valentin is a privately held company with corporate offices located in Durango, Mexico; and offices in Houston, Texas, US.
