Andrea Zaradic

President, CEO & Director

Ms. Zaradic, P. Eng., is a senior mining executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate and project development. Ms. Zaradic was most recently President, CEO and Director of Troon Ventures Ltd. ("Troon") and led Troon through a successful reverse take-over transaction with Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. (TSXV: GRC) ("GSR"), a non-resource based royalty finance business. Prior to Troon, she was VP Project Development for Keegan Resources' Esaase Gold project in Ghana, West Africa, Manager of Infrastructure development for Canico Resources, on the Onca Puma nickel laterite project in Brazil and Senior Process Operations Engineer for BHP Billiton's Ekati Diamond Mine. Ms. Zaradic was also VP Operations & Development for Magma Energy Corp., a renewable energy company and, as one of the founders, took the company through a highly successful IPO and acquisition of HS Orka, the largest privately held geothermal company in Iceland. She was instrumental in the 2012 merger between Magma & Plutonic Power (now Alterra Power). Ms. Zaradic also has several years' experience managing automotive and stationary fuel cell development programs at Ballard power as well as holding a Master's degree in mechanical engineering. Ms. Zaradic is a registered Professional Engineer in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario.

Donald A. McLeod

Chairman & Director

Mr. McLeod is the founder and Chairman of the Northair Group of Companies. He possesses over 50 years experience in the mining industry and has been employed in a number of capacities within the profession ranging from prospector and miner to foreman, supervisor and resident manager. During his mining career with the Northair Group, Mr. McLeod successfully brought three mines into production. He has a strong mine finance and production background with numerous contacts throughout the industry. Having raised in excess of $200 million for exploration, development and production funding, Mr. McLeod enjoys an excellent rapport with members of the financial community. Although now retired, Mr. McLeod continues to consult; providing his knowledge and wisdom to the Northair Group of Companies.

Thomas Burkhart

Director

Mr. Burkhart is currently the Vice President of Exploration for Argonaut Gold Inc, a mid--tier gold producer with mineral properties located in Mexico. He possesses over 30 years of exploration and project management experience in Mexico, South and Central America, Canada, Alaska, Australia and the Western US. Mr. Burkhart graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology in 1979 from the University of Nevada.

Paul Dircksen

Director

Mr. Dircksen is the Executive Chairman & Director of Timberline Resources Corporation. He possesses over 35 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, which includes serving in executive, managerial and technical roles at a number of companies. Mr. Dircksen has a strong technical background that was fostered by serving as a team member on nine gold discoveries, seven of which later became operating mines. He has held senior management positions with Lacana Gold, the Cordex Syndicate, Orvana Minerals, Bravo Venture Group, and Brett Resources. Mr. Dircksen has an M.S. in Geology from the Mackay School of Mines at the University of Nevada.

Brian Irwin

Director

Mr. Irwin was a partner of DuMoulin Black, a Vancouver based Securities and Corporate Law firm where he practiced corporate, securities and natural resource law with a focus on mining and corporate finance. During his forty year career, Brian was a former chairman of the natural resources subsection of the Continuing Legal Education Program of the British Columbia Bar. He now sits on the boards of a number of resource based public companies.

Ryan E. Schedler

Director

Mr. Schedler is an investment professional with over twenty years of experience in natural resources and related industries. He currently serves as a Managing Director of Condire Investors in Dallas, Texas and is a director of Strategic Metals Ltd. Prior to co-founding Condire in 2012, Mr. Schedler spent almost a decade with Trellus Management, an investment firm based in New York City. Previously he was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and BT Alex Brown/Deutsche Bank, where he was focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Schedler graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering in 1993 from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1998. He began his career as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Maurice Tagami

Director

Mr. Tagami, P.Eng., is currently the Vice President, Mining Operations at TSX and NYSE listed Silver Wheaton Corp., the largest precious metals streaming company in the world. Previously, he held the positions of President, CEO and Director, with Keegan Resources Inc. (now Asanko Gold) and Senior Project Manager on the Onca Puma Nickel laterite Project in Brazil with Canico Resource Corp. (acquired by CVRD in 2005). Mr. Tagami served on the Board of Brett Resources Inc. (acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. in 2010) and currently sits on the Board of Foran Mining Corporation and SnipGold Corp. Mr. Tagami has over 30 years' experience in mining development and operations, holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia. During his career, Mr. Tagami has played a significant role in the metallurgical development and project management of numerous open pit, underground and heap leach projects worldwide.

Tony Reda

Director

Mr. Reda is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Kaminak Gold Corporation (KAM: TSX-V). Since Kaminak's inception in 2005, Mr. Reda has been instrumental in the company's growth from a startup prospect generator to a resource development company with a +3 million ounce gold resource and a market capitalization in excess of $80 million. During his tenure, he was pivotal in orchestrating capital raises totaling over $75 million, forming strategic alliances and joint venture agreements, and creating Kivalliq Energy Corp., a publicly traded uranium company spun out of Kaminak. As Vice President of Corporate Development, Tony executes Kaminak's strategic planning, business development and marketing while overseeing the public relations and investor communications of the company.

Wayne Johnstone

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Johnstone graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and in 1979 earned his chartered accountant designation. He has over 30 years of financial experience with public and private companies. During the past 25 years, Mr. Johnstone has focused on mineral exploration and development stage public companies throughout North and South America. Mr. Johnstone was previously Chief Financial Officer of Creston Moly Corp., during which time he played a significant role with the company prior to its acquisition by Mercator Minerals Ltd.

David Ernst

VP Exploration

Mr. Ernst is a professional geologist with over 34 years of experience in mineral exploration and project management in the Americas. He graduated with a B.A. in Geology from Western State College, Colorado in 1978 and a M.S. in Geology from Eastern Washington State University in 1980. Mr. Ernst was most recently Chief Geologist for Pacific Rim Mining, which was recently acquired by Oceana Gold, and played key roles in the discovery or expansion of several mineral deposits, including Hog Ranch, Red Canyon, and Hidden Hill in Nevada, Lomas Bayas and Fortuna de Cobre in Chile, Luicho in Peru, and Nance Dulce and Santa Rita in El Salvador.

Brenda Nowak

Ms. Nowak has over 20 years of work experience in the securities legal industry. Prior to joining International Northair Mines Ltd. Brenda was a paralegal with DuMoulin Black LLP and held positions with Nexus Venture Capital Lawyers and Aber Diamond Corporation.

John Robins

Mr. John Robins, P. Geo. is currently Executive Chairman of Kaminak Gold and is a professional geologist based in Vancouver, BC, with over 25 years of experience as an independent exploration geologist and entrepreneur. Mr. Robins also sits on the Boards of several successful publicly traded exploration companies.

Fred G. Hewett

Advisory Board Member

Fred Hewett is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry and former President & CEO of Northair. He graduated in 1972 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and has worked his way through many aspects of the mining profession from Mine Geologist, Exploration Manager to Chief Engineer with several major Canadian mining companies. Mr. Hewett joined the Northair Group as Exploration Manager in 1981 and became President & CEO of International Northair Mines Ltd. in 1998. He is a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a life member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and holds memberships in the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia and the Society of Exploration Geologists.

Dr. Frederick T. Graybeal

Advisory Board Member

Dr. Graybeal is a geologist who spent most of his 45 year career focused on base and precious metal exploration with ASARCO Incorporated, prior to retiring in 2003 as Chief Geologist. He is currently involved with a number of public exploration companies as a director or a member of the advisory board, and also consults on various exploration projects. Dr. Graybeal also provides technical advice to financial institutions and is a member of a U.S. Geological Survey group researching copper deposits in Arizona. He is a past Vice President of the Society of Economic Geologists, has served on two committees of the National Research Council, and is a recipient of the SME Dickerson and the SEG Marsden awards. He received his A.B. (1960) from Dartmouth College and his M.S. (1962) and Ph.D. (1972) degrees from the University of Arizona.

Donald J. Birak

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Donald J. Birak is a geologist with over 35 years of experience who most recently served as Senior Vice President of Exploration for Coeur Mining, Inc. ("Coeur") from 2004 to October 2013. Previous to his time at Coeur, Mr. Birak was employed as Vice President of Exploration with AngloGold North America, Inc., from 1999 to 2004, Vice President of Exploration with Independence Mining Company from 1995 to 1999 and Vice President of Exploration with Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting from 1992 to 1995. During his career, Mr. Birak has published in a number of scientific and geologic journals and in 2001 was co-recipient of the 'Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year' award given by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. He is a Fellow of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME). Mr. Birak received his Master of Science in Geology from Bowling Green State University, in Ohio in 1978.

Jeff Stibbard

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Stibbard is a Mining Engineer with expertise in mine design, construction and operations. His firm, JDS Energy & Mining Inc., currently provides a range of engineering services to mining companies world-wide. Mr. Stibbard has served or continues to serve as a Technical Advisor to numerous mining companies including: Capstone Mining Corp. (formerly Sherwood Copper Corp.), Stornoway Diamond Corp., Mercator Minerals Ltd. and Mega Moly Inc. His extensive experience includes: Mining Manager at the BHP Ekati Diamond Mine and General Manager of Mining, Albian Sands Energy Inc., where he was accountable for leading the design, construction and operation of the 450,000 tpd Muskeg River Oils and Mine and Tailings Dyke. Prior to Albian Sands, he was an original founding member of Western Oil Sands Inc., and a partner in the development of the Shell Muskeg River Mine. Mr. Stibbard graduated with a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering, from the Montana School of Mines in 1987.

Bernie Zacharias

Mr. Zacharias is Vice President of Avisar Chartered Accountants (Langley, British Columbia) and received his CA designation in 2000. Mr. Zacharias has worked extensively with mineral exploration and development stage companies on the TSX Venture Exchange.
