International Northair Mines Ltd. Appoints Irwin to Board

International Northair Mines Ltd. (TSXV:INM) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian C. Irwin to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Irwin recently retired as a partner of DuMoulin Black, a Vancouver based Securities and Corporate Law firm where he practiced corporate, securities and natural resource law with a focus on mining and corporate finance. During his forty year career, Brian was a former chairman of the natural resources subsection of the Continuing Legal Education Program of the British Columbia Bar. He now sits on the boards of a number of resource based public companies.
