International Northair Mines Ltd. (TSXV:INM) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's submission with respect to a one-year extension in term for warrants issued pursuant to a Short Form Offering Document on September 30, 2003. There is no amendment as to the exercise price. A total of 2,987,862 outstanding warrants will now expire on September 30, 2005.
